Hopes this makes sense, as I have been thrown in the middle of this one. I am trying to add a PRI circuit to a VRU, using my option 81C as the CO. Previous people have removed their programming so I am starting from scratch. The PRI requires a DCH, and I have been told the PRI/DCH were established, but when plugged into the equiptment, the circuit drops. Any ideas? Thanks as always for the help

I have to ask, did you check the VRU units T1 card to see that it is enabled?

Re: Thanks Guys!

I don't think this will work. This is a similar situation that people have trying to interface with Polycom video units. Unless your VRU can emulate the NET side of a PRI circuit, the workaround is to get a Adtran Atlas 550 with 2 T1/PRI cards. You can then make the Atlas emulate the NET side for both the M1 and the VRU.

Dont forget about QSIG, if you are QSIG enabled you should be able to network together
