Modem Connecting Problems

I need to delete a ACD. What can I change in the config to be able to del it.
SCH5362
Cannot remove an ACD-DN when the ICPM is monitoring it for statistics.
please help

Try changeing RPRT prompt to no and see if it will let you out it.

Need a quick down and dirty price estimate for parts....

Sound like your acd is Aquired by some type of reporting software. For instance I get the message if I dont deaquire ACDs from symposium before I out them.

I'm sure you have CCR/Max, don't you ? You have to desactivate the script used by this ACD/DN before deleting the ACD itself.

I have stopped all links to my CCR and deleted all my associations but still no luck.

You have removed all the phones for this acd group right?
do a dnb on the acd group and make sure no tn's are listed.

To delete the association is not enough, you have to remove the script from the active script (choice 6 in the menu Check/edit Script [not sure of the name, my CCR is in French]).
