Location: Arizona Rep Power: 6 ![]() | More than 100% We are not able to delete a Octel mailbox, we have tried changing the class of service and checking our VM ports but we always receive the message stating that the box is in use and cannot be deleted and we know it isn't in use. Has anyone else had this trouble ??? Thanks for any suggestions....

Location: Nashville, TN Rep Power: 0 ![]() | How do I change the password of a users mailbox from the con I had this happen to me once. We were using Octel Unified Messenger. For some reason, the octel database did not get updated correctly and could not be deleted. What I ended up doing was to manually open the database and remove that entry. Obviously, do this at your own risk and make sure you backup your database.
