Console Question

We are setting up a fifth console at our HQ site to serve as a supervisory console. The console has been equipped with the required circuit board (can't think of what it's called) and the console is working correctly as a regular console. However, we cannot seem to get it working in supervisory mode. In the NTP and user manual, the supervisor is instructed to go into position busy, press an idle loop key, and press the observe/busy observe key. Then "dial the access code." What access code? We have not been able to find any indication as to what that is anywhere. Anyone know what it is and where you program it?

Usually the Access Code is just the 0 + the ANUM [0+01, 0+02, 0+03, or 0+04..]

1. Press Loop Key,
2. Press Busy Verify,
3. Dial 0 + the Anum..

Also in LD 15 you need to program 05 as the Supervisor Console..

ATT
...
SPVC 05

i did this once and I was thinking the curcuit board went in all the other consoles ,The actual spervisor console did not use one.be sure and wire up that third additional power pair because it uses it.
