CallPilot - Thru-Dialer Access

I've been asked to see if it's possible to restrict a set to only be able to call 1 state. It's Iowa that has 5 different area codes. Is this possible and if so, can someone point me in the right direction?

How to determine NCOS and TGAR

Yes this can be done. It requires some BARS programming which would send the selected NPA's for Iowa into their own RLI which would be accessed by all phones. But, other NPA's would not be accessable to this phone due to the NCOS/FRL relationship. If you need step by step info let me know.............

Meridian Mail Text Messaging

what you could do is create a new route list make the frl on the route list and ncos of the set a number less than that of the frl of the other route list that your other area codes are in.For example lets say a ncos of 4 can dial all the npa's.we take the npa's in Iowa and point them to a new route list and make the frl a 3.Then we change the ncos of the set to a 3 .We can then call Iowa but no other Npa's.This is assumeing that frl 4 =ncos 4 and frl 3 = ncos 3.

Thanks for your help. I gave my supervisor your solution and she talked the client out of it!
