Does anyone have there M1 tied to a Mitel? I'm having a problem with CLID and I get a ERR5523 everytime i make a call to a Mitel phone. The D-channel has QSIG programmed. I have attached the programming of the D-channel and the route. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure that the RCAP is correct.

I'd also consider changing the RCAP to ND3.

Thanks for your suggestion Jack but RCAP with ND3 will only be accepted if the IFC is set to SL1. Unfortunatly for me it needs to be ISGF but I think what you said above is probably correct. I have a feeling this customer needs the QSIG supplementary package which they don't have.

Thanks again,

Tony
