Rep Power: 7  Gender:  Country:  | I have an Option 11C - 3 CABs and I need to install a UPS Unit, the batteries that came with the unit are not enough to protect the switch when it keeps getting hit with power surges from the generator kicking in. I know there must be; however, I don't know what the proper procedure is for powering down the Voice Mail and Power to the switch. Can someone point me to some documentation or any feedback in this matter? Thank You | ||||||||
