| Safe Power Down Option 11C The Cisco Call Manager is only as good as your data network. If you have critical services that need DT I would stick with Nortel for now. Cisco will do well in non critical areas, like offices. From ease of use and features, Cisco wins hands down. Administration is simple and web based, without the corruption issues of OTM or MAT. We have a hybrid system, Nortel in critical areas, and Cisco doing wireless and office phones. Just dont be ready to toss out your Nortel PBX anytime soon, VoIP wont be solid for a few more years.
