Location: Leesburg, VA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hi! If a greeting prompt has been recorded, how can I delete it and just use the menu choices prompt.....76 doesn't work. That way when a user wants to change their menu they only have to change the menu choices prompt instead of that and the greeting prompt. Thaks Tim

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | FYI, you can record the greeting AND options in the greeting prompt. Recording the options in the option prompt is not required. However, it's nice to have them separate, that way when the options change, you don't need to re-record the entire greeting, just the options. To answer your question though... The only way I know to delete is through the terminal. Login to MerMail Go to voice services administration by selecting #3 for voice admin, then 4 for voice svc admin. Next is option 6, Voice Menu def. scroll down to the desired menu ID. Arrow down to Greeting recorded, or Menu Choices Recorded options press F9 for Voice Pressing F9 again will delete the specified prompt.
