Have a Option 11C using companion phones.

Have a companion phone that says "Connection Failed" when you try to place a call. I compared the settings to another working companion phone and can't see any real difference.

Any idea where or what I should be looking for?

Stating the obvious; Does this happen on all calls? If it does try changing the phone.

If the companion has been dropped just from a short height the radio transmitter jogs loose and when you attempt to make a call you get connection failed. Set has to be replaced.

From what I have had experience with there are not a lot of settings that can be changed on a companion phone. Had one do this about a month ago and the user admiited to dropping it. Once I replaced it with another on its WTN then it started working. You might try putting another phone on its WTN but more than likely it is just damaged.
