| Junior Member | Mr S. I have the occassional request to save a voice mail message to a .wav file on our OCtel syste. When that happems I go to a recorded line, (Trading floor, call center, security center) and retreive the message from there.Then I have the ability to send it anywhere. If you do not have any of those there is a standalone system call Call LOG JR. which you load on a PC and it saves the conversations from a phone via a interface from the handset to the mic input of the PC. At that point it is a wav file . COST under $600.00. |
