| First Post so forgive if I violate some form of etiquite.  I have a phone that the red message waiting lamp will not go off. I am relatively new to 61c support and I remember in training that there was a way to reset it. The phone is a 2616 Display. I need to get this turned off or start wearing Kevlar to work for fear of the user. Any help would be appreciated. | ||||||||
