Harmony programm

I have osn set up on a key for 911 calls and I am about to remove that set. Can I just null the osn key on the old set and add it to another?

If I'm not mistaken you will have to build out the OSN set, since it is already exsisting in LD 14 you should be set. I would print the phone that the OSDN is on and see if there is anything different. I believe that you can NUL that key and assign it to another set.

Print and compare is always the safest way to go.

TIE....

thanks, with your info I was able to find it. I removed the osn key from the original set. It wouldn't take a null, so I made it an adl. I added an osn key to the new dn, then changed osdn in ld 24 - type: esa. thanks for the help
