Just going off what you’ve said, this is what I’d check.

First make sure you have OTM configured with the Proper Site Information, i.e. you have the correct IP address in the Communication Profile, and that you are using this profile to Enable the modules under the Applications tab. Once you verify this, run an “Update Systems Data”, which can be found under the “File” menu in the M1 Systems Window. If this is unable to connect to the PBX, and you’re able to ping both ways (OTM Server and PBX) then I’d check your PTY Settings. Make sure you have MTC listed as one of the USER choices (SCH and BUG are not necessary for OTM). Also make sure you have a minimum of 2 PTY’s. If this doesn’t help come back and let us know.
