I everyone. Im running OTM 2.0 and have been getting quite a few dll errors during my collection and costing for traffic and TBS.

Can someone list me the best practice for backing up and reinstalling the OTM software. Can I just reinstall over top of the existing like when adding new keycodes in order to keep the database information intact?

Do a full back up of OTM via the OTM wizard, then just reinstall OTM over the top, you will not lose your database. I have had to do this a few times in the last 12 months and have not lost anything...Good Luck
