| Like I said in my last comment, I am new to this Option stuff. (know the Norstar like the back of my hand!) BUT this Option 11C is quite different to say the least. I am trying to set up a system that I purchaced. First off I need to re-configure the setup (remove some cards and add some cards. Once I get that done, I then need to set up a simple ACD with 3 groups. I am doing this gratis for a local Telethon which raises money to help under privilidged children.. Or at the least, If some one could point me to a good book or manual to get a better feel and/or a road map to this switch.. Thanks in Advance-- you could email me direct at hal@cephones.com if you wish | ||||||||

Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Adding a Power fail set CE... Got your message and I'd be happy to assist...I'm at home so, I don't have my books or CD.... Is this your system, a donated system, or the customers system? Your card setup should be fine... Answer the following questions - so I can see how far you are on the system. System Questions: Are you familiar with the 11 at all? To what degree? Trunks (analog COT's) demarc'd (delivered) from Central Office? Is this a Toll Free setup or just local numbers? Are the Trunk cards punched down? Are the TNB cards punched down? Is the system powered up? If so, are you able to login? ACD Questions: What type of phones are you planning on using? (2500 sets, M2616, or 3900 series sets). How many positions are you planning to install? If toll free number - what number is being outpulsed to you or is the local CO delivering accross a specific DN? Are you planning on using RAN's? Example of a setup using a toll free number as an ACD to digital sets... Toll Free = 888-555-1212 Local DID = 228-386-4444 Number of sets = 4 M2616's 1. Toll Free 888-555-1212 delivered as 3322 (local DID). 2. LD 49 (Incoming Digit Conversion) 3322 is converted to 4444 (ACD DN) - This can be skipped if Toll Free is delivered as 4444. 3. Ld 23 (ACD) create ACD 4444 with Max Positions (4) = positions), with First RAN and Second RAN and Music Route other options can be skipped for a basic ACD setup. 4. Program (4) 2216 sets as follows: LD 11 Req: New Type 2216 Cust 0 ... Tgar 1 NCOS 1 CLS CNDA DNDA TDD .... Key 0 ACD 4444 0 4001 (4444 is the ACD, 4001 is the Position ID) Key 1 NRD (Not Ready) Key 2 MSB (Make set Busy) Key 3 SCR 4101 (Private DN for the set) Key 4 TRN (Transfer) Key 5 AO6 (Conference) Set up the other sets the same except increase 4001 to 4002, 4003, and 4004 and make the private DN's 4102, 4103, 4104 etc... With the above setup - the agents logon by pressing the in-call key twice - the 11C will dispurse the workload evenly accross the 4 agents/positions. That's really all there is - post back with any specific questions... Good Luck Chas2002 | ||||||||
