I have added a great new guide from Nortel to the downloads section of my site:

This is a compilation of tips and practices that will assist you in keeping TN corruption to a minimum in your PBX. This document is a long time comming, and is the FIRST TIME I have seen Nortel provide many of the "rules of thumb" in a printed guide. This information comes in part from the feedback all you have put together, and is a great positive step in the right direction.

We all trash Nortel when they do it wrong, it's only right we praise them when they do it right, Good job!

I believe that Fletch's platform of campaign finance reform and term limits will significantly reduce TN corruption in both the House and Senate.

Nope. what you see is what Nortel provided to me.

I get a lot of stuff from them, but have to be careful what I post publically. This had no "Proprietary Notic" on it, so I placed it where people could get it. Quite often I get stuff that is generated from someone in PLM or design. Some of it makes it to a PB, a lot of it does not. Just like to pas along what I can. Nortel is strting to realize the intelligent user base out there, and is willing to give up more and more.

Good for them! I have tried to help them along with public awareness, and convince them that if they admit to problems, and propose fixes, the user community will welcome them with open arms. I think the old scholl practice of KISS (Keep It Secret Stupid) is quickly going by the wayside.
