Location: Nashville, TN Rep Power: 0  | TOSHIBA BROCHURE They say that Symposium 3.x is windows 2000 compliant. I tried to install it on two seperate machines and on both instances, the machine locked up during the DMI installation... Has anyone sucessfully installed the client on Win2K? Thanks, Rob | ||||||||

Location: East Coast Rep Power: 7 Country:  | Phone bill I believe you need Client 4.0 at a minimum, and you also have to be wary of a problem with a JAR file in the SMI install and using Pentium 4 machines. Somewhere in the SMI is an invalid switch that needs to be manually changed. I think there is a product bulletin on the Nortel website. Also, unless they've changed something in a patch or update recently, Im not even sure Nortel supports running 3.0 on Win2000.
