Option 11c and M2250 console
hi , i was wondering if anybody can tell me how to program the observe function. i was told to CLS SPV was needed but can't get this to work.......any suggestions appreciated!

Option 11 backup or EDD to pcmcia?
The phone your trying to add CLS SPV must be in a Queue. If you would post a TNB of the phone that your trying to add the SPV to it would help.

observe function
Not sure if this is relevant to you or not, but,

If the person you are trying to observe is another supervisor, you must have CLS SPV and AOS.

You also need to make sure that there is no SPID entered before changing a AGN phone to SPV.

Mitel-Dialogic Integration
the phones they want the function on are all phantom's(500) , so i presume they are remote call forwarding..........they don't accept cls spv when i try and change it.
