connecting ISDN trunks from an 81c to a DEX switch

Okay ... Reaching out to you guys for some help here!!
I've recently taken on new territories which have Meridian PBX systems. Outside of Siemens and Lucent, the Meridian is fairly new territory. Is there a software package available which will allow me to run reports on the Meridian Opt 11 and SL1 systems that will give:
Number of Trunks
Number of Trunk Groups
Trunk Group Members
Call Restrictions / Blocked Numbers
COS listings
and other similar statistical information needed to perform a Site Audit on a PBX

My other delima is that not all of these systems are running the same version. Out of 96 PBX locations I handle, these are posing a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

"PLEASE Help!!"

No trunk groups in Nortel, they are routes.

This will give you all of your members of the routes.

Nortel doesn't necessailly block numbers -- with exceptions, rather if they are not defined they do not go.

Check out the EXCELLENT parsers @ http://www.pepedog.com/meridian/
and take a look thru http://home.wi.rr.com/browser/ght/m1sa1.html as well as Rhack's NCOS analyzer available on the download section of this site.

These parsers will help give you the info. you need.

Post back with specific questions & we can go from there.

Welcome back from the dark side

Jack
