Location: Arizona Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Time stamps If the transfered calls are dropping fairly consistently, you can try placing some test calls into that ACD and ask the person to x-fer you. Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Dropping Calls the post "ok maybe i am doing something wrong ... i dial the number and then what? we go through a modem that verizon uses to get in" .... sorry wrong post i ment it to be in another post. this was a case of to many things going on at once. i am currently talking to verizon .. they are idiots. they asked me what an ACD was .... and i was talking to technical support :casstet: :casstet: so any help will be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||
