Grrrr @ OTM

I have run accross a strange problem. in one of my acd's calls are getting droped when they are forward from one person to another?? dooes anybody have any idea ...

Are the calls forwarded or are they transferd?
If they are transferd you may have a bad CNF/TDS card.

well im not sure ... people call in we take ther info and then we forward there call to another person to confirm the entry was correct ..

Are you haveing any cross talk or do callers hear other calls while they are on hold? If so you may have a bad CNF/TDS card.

Time stamps

If the transfered calls are dropping fairly consistently, you can try placing some test calls into that ACD and ask the person to x-fer you. While making these test calls, trace them in LD 80 to see what happens when the call is x-fered.

THE DS1000/2000 systems

To transfer a call you press transfer, dial number & press transfer again, this is not what you stated you are doing.

What's up with the "we go through a modem that verizon uses to get in" bit?

i am currently talking to verizon .. they are idiots. they asked me what an ACD was .... and i was talking to technical support :casstet: :casstet: so any help will be greatly appreciated.
