AHA is for going from one DN key to another, it puts the first call on hold automatically.
When you do a trans or conf the call is put on hold automatically whether AHA or AHD, it is the function of Tran & Conf Feature.

This still sounds like a CONF/TDS issue, Did you test all of the CONF packs in you system?

HELP in LD 60

Yes ... AHA is activated. Also, All of the CONF packs have been tested. This problem has been going on so long and verizon is unable to figure out the problem that Nortel has got involved.

I have found the solution to the calls being dropped. I normally remotely administer the pbx so i went to the actual location to see if i missed anything. When i walked into the phone room the temperature was at 87 degrees. The phone room was getting hot and making things act goofy. so i got the temperature thing fixed and now everything works fine.
