how is telephone business conducted by other countries

Sorry, i havent responded .. i do need your help and appreciate it. i just have been real busy with verizon. the CNF/TDS card was bad. Verizon ordered me a new one. thanks for all the help.

yes ... congrats, i mentioned that to verizon and they said no that couldn't be the problem. then two days later they said hey that was the problem. the verizon tech is an idiot.

Meridian Mail from the Outside

Ok ... here is the deal. i am assuming that everyone in the customer service(CSR) acd group has just come to acceptance that calls get droppped. I have come to this conclusion because today i have found out that calls are still being dropped and that they have been being dropped ever since the orginal problem happened. i am stillo baffeled at the situation and the problem.

just a quick recap of the problem ... calls are being transfered from the CSR ACD, the calls will ring once on the recieving set and then disconnect. This only calls that are dropped are the ones the CSR transfer no where else.

Does anybody have any more ideas of how to fix the problem?

These were Jack's questions that were never answered.

Are you transferring to the same destination all of the time -- working & nonworking?

Is the transfer to location on the sme switch?

Problem occurs to all agents in this q or only some?

If you can answer these maybe we can go from there.

Users complain customers can't hear them. (Meridian)

Ok here are the awnser to the questions.

1. the destination varies. although if a call is dropped going to one extension if some tries transfering immediately to the same extension it will work.

2. Yes

3. yes .. all agents have the same problem. at first i thought it was user error but that has been eliminated
