I am moving this from Meridian to here. Help!

I need to change the operator for a day to a regular extension, is this easy? Instead of the person sitting at the console, she wants to sit at her desk and answer all calls. I believe I can just go through and change the 0 anywhere I see it to her extension, this will take forever! Is there an easier way?

Need help setting up the Holiday Schedule and Recording Mess
Tammie, You might try putting her regular extension in the NIT1 prompt of your CDB, and then placing the console in night mode. Tust a thought.
