Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Realizations Hey how about setting this up for me today at all the sites? My boss asked me to go in and set up all the sites for new holiday schedules. My problem is inexperience and no training on Meridian Mail or ACDN building. Would someone be able to help me with this? Possibly an outline? I've set the dates and times up and have played around with trying to get it working with the reference manuals available to me. Thanks in advance for your help. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | opt 61 digital scr not ringing internally John, I can not tell you right now if we do or not. I'm so new to this that the peach fuzz is still growing yet! What I do know is that I went into Meridian Mail today option 3 from the main menu then option 4 at the second menu from there I set up the holidays and the time for the announcement to begin playing. I then tried to set up the Voice Services Dn table with a dn I found comparable to the dn's for express messaging and voice mail. That's where I found the acdn and realized one needed to be built. I know this isn't much to go on. I'm still trying to locate info as we speak. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Change Console to an Extension Are you referring to, Business Hours, Off Hours and Holiday Greeting? or ACD type set up? You would set up a TOD Menu then the Holiday Schedule. Then record your different Greetings for the Holiday Menu. | ||||||||

Location: Austin, Texas Rep Power: 6 ![]() | ACD - MQA (Multi Queue Assignment) Well first before you can program the holiday schedules in the voice mail section you have to know the call flow. You need to start with your DID number which will become an ACD-DN and which will be call forwarded to your voice mail system typically 5000. From the voice services DN-Table find the appropriate DN. Once you have the DN preview that and see if their is a time of day controle ID. Then select time of day control IDs and find the DN which is listed as the holiday greeting... then exit out of there. Then select announcement definitions and from their you can adjust the times and days of the holiday schedule for that DN. | ||||||||
