What's the difference between a:

NTRB21AA TDMI Card and a NTSF6800 TMDI Package.

I just need to know that it can work with our ISDN/PRI Line that we're having installed and different vendors list things differently.

The TMDI card is just the card, the package includes the cable to connect to your CSU and a book. You can connect to the MDF but I would prefer the package with the cable
