Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 12 ![]() | Assigning a Pre-Translation Group to a 500 Set Got a call that our inhouse legal folks, they wanna play a RAN msg to the effect that your call willl be recorded. This RAN will only be used by about 400 trader/broker types spread out over 5 switches. Callers reach these folks via DID's over pri's. Current setup is that these folks share same inbound routes as everyone else. One idea that came to mind was setup IDC table to acd q. ACD q in Nite with both a nrrt and ncfw to thier real number. This method will req. a 1 to 1 IDC to acd q relationship. While I'm fairly confident that this will work, I feel that thier should be an easier way. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!! Location: East Coast Rep Power: 7 ![]() | voip probs during high call volume Are your broker DID numbers in succession or spread out? I think you can do a IDC table, with a range (44xx to 55xx), instead of each individual number (which is going to be painstaking).

Make sure you have plenty to use. Good Luck. __________________ Thankful for everything...at least today.
