Call Forward - Ring No answer

Can someone please tell me how to disable the Fiber link that connects my 3rd cabinet to the main one. We're are moving and we want to use this cabinet for a different system in another location.

I have already moved the TN of the shelf of the 3rd cabinet so there are no "active" being used.

Thanks,

-Michael

Must be the cold..

Just remove the fiber daughter board from the SSC card. If it is a dual daughter board - just remove the fiber link.

Held Calls Drop after 4 minutes

Thanks,

How can I tell if it is a "dual" fiber card? Also, do I remove the link with the system up or down?

Do I have to reset the switch or anything before it is aware that cabinet 3 doesn't exist anymore???

Thanks for your help!
