Looking for the Best Small Office System

a couple of my voip phones are not receiving incoming calls. It seems to be while we have a high volume of calls. When ringing phone is picked up, a series of beeps are heard. These beeps can also be heard in voicemail. Getting two errors at the same time as voip probs -- aud315 and aud335 an electronic call register is floating around ??

would appreciate some help, thanks

Assigning a Pre-Translation Group to a 500 Set

I had the same problem last night and it was not during a high volume period

voip probs during high call volume

GW is suggesting that you contact your vendor & ask then to check out the patches taht he refferencess to see if they will help with your issue.

pvr forwarding

after more research, I found that only one line is receiving the beeps. My guess is that it was a fax machine....will contact vendor about patches, however, as lost connections are still an issue
