TIE ???

Does anyone know the pin-out for a m2250 rs232 cable... I have been unable to locate the information... I am trying to connect the console using RJ45 but there is no standard cable... can you please help me!!

Where are you trying to connect via RJ45? If you only require the primary and seconday TNs (not power) then this is connected to the BL/WH and OR/Wh pairs of the amphenol connector to the M2250. You can use an amphenol to modular(RJ11, RJ14, or RJ45) adapter to connect to a standard wall jack.

Records on a specific extension

Sorry, but I don't have the amphenol cable... I am trying to connect stright from the RS232 to a RJ45

If u want to try with DB25- using CAT5 cable the PINout is likewise
PIN no: 2,14 for first TN and
PIN no.:3,15 for 2nd TN.

(But kindly confirm the same coz i dont remember it for PIN 2-3 but quite sure 14 and 15 are surely needed.)
