whats the smallest system 75 I can buy

As you can see by the programming that 2616 has the primary number listed for the 2317. This person use to be able to see who was calling 3280 by looking at his display. That way he would know if he needed to answer for 3280. Now he has to press his display key to be able to see who's calling. What have I got set up wrong? I have looked at this so much my eyes are crossed. Any help would be appreicated. Thanks, Laurie

I got one for ya....Can not IDU phones

I had this same problem before and I changed the 2616 from TDD to ADD. I believe it is worse now. Should I change both sets to TDD? Why would you use TDD (Touchtone Digit Display) and not the ADD (Automatic Digit Display)? What's the real difference between the two? Thanks, Laurie

TDD gives you the ability to see incoming calls while key 0 is in use (without having to use a display key)

Laurie....TDD stands for "tandem digit display" not "touchtone digit display". The feature works great.
