Night DCNO in RDB

I need to know if this scenario is possible, as I can't seem to find any support for it. A department in our ISP has a MCR DN appearing on multiple phones as listed below.

DN 2674
CPND
NAME PTD Network Control Cntr
XPLN 24
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE SL1
TN 052 0 05 10 KEY 03 MARP DES PBX 23 OCT 2002

TN 020 1 08 00 KEY 02 DES PBX 23 OCT 2002

At certain times they would like to forward the DN to a conference room. The MCR Marp appears on a set that is also used to provide short hunting to LHK 2 for a seperate SCR DN.

According to the Feature Guide under Call Forward All Calls, only calls to the Prime DN are forwarded. The only option I can see is setting up a separate set with the MCR DN set up as the MARP and Prime DN to use for forwarding.

Thanks for any input.

Tn 52-0-5-10 is the prime phone for 2674, so if you FWD this phone to the conf rm it should go there. why not just try it.

Any phone that has a key that is MARP then that is the phone that controls that DN.

I already tried that. When the Forward is set only calls to the DN on Key 0 forward. A call to another DN on the phone follow the standard FDN prompt and forward to DN 2701. The feature guide states under Call Forward All Calls, only calls to the Prime DN or any single-appearance DN on the telephone are forwarded. I also assumed that due to the MARP that TN 52-0-5-10 has for MCR DN 2674 that Forward would apply to incoming calls even though it is not on Key 0. According to the Feature Guide under Prime Directory Number the bottom key on a Meridian 1 proprietary telephone is the Prime DN and only one is allowed per telephone.

Well it looks like I answered my own question. I knew if I babbled long enough I might find it.

You got it, only key 0 will fwd.

I guess you could also put the MCR on the conf. phone, although I'm not sure how productive the meeting would be.
