Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Another one bites the dust Question: When I set up a dummy ACD queue to night call forward externally, this ends up going to our front receptionist. I'm sure this is a feature programming change, however i'm not sure where to change this...The workaround- I've set up a 2616 call forwarded to the external number. Any help would be great. Thanks gents.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | D Channel RLS after midnights Yes, this is my cell phone. We want to have this setup for on call support. I'm just wondering why when I set up the NCFW to an internal extension it works fine, but as soon as I try an extension number 9+phone number the call goes to switchboard....

Location: Kansas Rep Power: 7 ![]() | ACD NCFW It sounds like it may be an NCOS issue. Callers are getting an intercept treatment. Are both internal and external callers being sent to the receptionist? When you call the ACD queue from your desk, what do you get? When you call the number that is NCFW to what do you get? This is a quick and dirty way to test. Post answers and I will try to respond when I get more info...

Location: Kansas Rep Power: 7 ![]() | ACD NCFW Wow, I am too slow! Here is what is going on. The trunks calling in are being blocked by their NCOS to make the call to your cell phone via the ACD queue and that is why they are hitting the receptionist. Looking in LD 90, what RLI is the NXX or NPA of your cell phone pointed to? Look at the RLI...What is the FRL needed to get the call out. Look at the incoming route of the calls. What is the NCOS of the trunks in the route? This should tell you if you are being blocked by BARS
