This option 11c is only equiped for 8 trunks, 16 digital and 16 analog phones ports. What RLS is the software? Rough guess about $5,000 to $7,000

You figure 100-200 bucks per phone it ads up quick. We recently priced out a Option 11C for about 150 users...New would of cost us 60-80K Without Phones. The TMDI is good for you PRI, 23 Trunks: It has to be running at least Rls 24 and if they are using 3900 series phones on it, and if you actually want to use the 3900 it would most likely be Rls 25 something.. Things to Consider: 1. Find out How Many TN's the system comes with. That is very important. 2. You will have to purchase more Digital Line Cards to support the phones. 16 phones per card, Check our Auction I believe there are some listed on there. (Digital Line Cards) 3. Be sure the people you are purchasing it from are the Orginal Owners. Make sure there name is the one Nortel associates the System to. They will have to provide you something in Writing that they Sold the System to you or you can run into a lot of issues if you ever need passwords, upgrades, and software. It can be a mess. 4. How many hours and Ports does the Voicemail have? 5. What Networking Package is installed, Basic, Enhansed or Enterprise....(I don't think it is enhansed but if it is Enterprise you are fine that is the Highest Package.) If I had to Guess, I am not a vendor but something Like that I would Think would be closer to 15-20K. If not more..depending on the Feature Packages installed. __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | True or False? I think 15 to 20 K is more in line with the true price. I would bet it is closer or around 20K. I just priced out a OPt 11 for a office on the west coast, I'm on the east coast so I couldn't help with it at all . It had to be a turn key job. That cost was 37K. it had 3 PRI cards, 2 digital line cards, 1 analog line card, 16 3904's w/ 2 add on modules each, and a few other things.. Good luck!

| Purchasing an Option 11C How do you know? If its not to late and you are/were using the Norstar you do not have to "Forklift" upgrade to the Meridian. Look into the 3COM NBX, all the same features and more built in and included and you can use the existing Norstar sets. Save the company 10k in set costs alone. | ||||||||
