Purchasing an Option 11C How do you know?

I know in LD 90- for NPA/NXX routing, but where are the "special" npa/nxx numbers hidden? I have a user that can't dial 011 for an international call and I wanted to verify that is supposed to leaving our premise on our second T1 span.

Message Board Languages!

You've got several things to consider.

First your 011 is most likely an SPN vs. nxx/npa.

Once you've confirmed you will have an RLI.

RLI are transposed to RLB's in LD 86 which show which routes are chosen to complete the call.

Now you also need to consider the user's Ncos vs the FRL of the routes chosen.

Post back with any questions.

Jack

Do a trace from the phone that cant dial out the 011 number. See where it is getting hosed up. LD 80 for the trace.

ANI display on outbound calls?

Better yet if your using PRI, set D-channel monitoring and see where the problem lies.
