Backing up an OPtion 11E

I have two Loops that were used by another company before we took over the PBX. 82 & 83. When I stat them in LD 32 they come up as UNEQ. When I try to build Tie's in LD 14, no matter what I do I receive errors. I'veonly done this once before and can't remember exactly what to do. This is what I see when I try to build route members in LD 14 this is what I see

TNS AVAIL: 2798 USED: 702 TOT: 3500
RAN CON AVAIL: 5 USED: 16 TOT: 21
MUS CON AVAIL: 0 USED: 192 TOT: 1
AST AVAIL: 20 USED: 0 TOT: 20
REQ new 24
TYPE tie
TN 82 0 1

9 pin/25 pin octopus cable pinout

You need to tell the switch that these loops are there.

You will do this in LD 17 gate opener CEQU.

If you need more specifics post back.

Good luck!!

Building new Loops

SCH5786

This is telling you that the loop does not exist. You will need to create loop 82 in LD 17 before you can add members.

You add the loop at the DLOP prompt. The MODE and LCMT will depend on what you're building. The MODE options are LINK, PRI, or TRK. The LCMT options are B8S (for B8ZS) or AMI.
