Location: Rockville, MD Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Parrot on board. We have a meridian 81C, we currently test our incoming routes by doing LDIC in LD 36. I would like to know if there is a way to test the outbound routes? We do not want to use our swichboard for this. Please help! :casstet: [Edited on 16/12/2002 by roz]

You can use the keypad on a phone to access the LD that you need to use. LD 36 will work as well for outbound calls. __________________ Thankful for everything...at least today.

If the trunks are setup Incoming only then you will only be able to test that way. __________________ Thankful for everything...at least today.

If these are T-1's or Pri's a quick look through LD's 96 & 60 is a very efficent way of verifying operation. Why test each indivdual member of a trunk group? Location: Rockville, MD Rep Power: 7 ![]() | ACD NCFW Thanks for you advice. I will make sure the routes are programmed inbound and outbound. The reason for this is we like to be proactive. So twice a week we run LDIC but that is only for the inbound routes. We need to find a way of testing our outbound trunks, simply because occasionally we receive complaints from our users that there is a delay, when trying to make an outbound call. I would call the problem in and it go away then it would happen again. I want to be able to test each trunk myself and see which one has a delay. If possible. If anyone has any other suggestions for this problem let me know. :casstet:
