Virtual Mailboxes and extensions

We have an 11C 25.3 and there are a couple of 3903 sets that are not holding the last CFW DN in the phones memory. The number will be held for a few hours and then it disappears. I've printed off the sets this is happening to as well as sets that are functioning fine and the programming is the same. Has anyone heard of this happening and if so, is there a solution besides swapping out the phones?

deleting area codes

Haven't tied data dump or download yet. Getting someone to swap out the phone to see if it is specific to the set. Thanks for the ideas

I would suggest you do what gei says force download solves some problems it´s a question of software in set compared to Rls in Pbx.
