Does anyone know what the codes mean at the end of intercept messages or where I can get a list of those codes. The code messages usually sound something like '... message 106p' for example.

Typically, you get an ISDN error code, then the CO switch Identifier. 106P Sounds like a switch ID. FOr example in NYC are for Sprint "44-704" Means the far end was out of service, and you made it to the Sprint 704 switch at 60 Hudson Street.

ANI display on outbound calls?

Thanks for the reply.
We were hoping that we could find a list someplace with the codes and their meanings to help us to better troubleshoot telco problems. I'm not sure if such a list exists.

Intercept Messages and Codes

I don't know of any lists, but the code you are getting is helpful to the carrier upon opening tickets. If you are getting the recording, at least you are getting out of your pbx. "The problem is at the far end"
