Location: indiana Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Intercept Messages and Codes I have (2) issues with a Call Pilot system integrated with an Option 11C. 1. User Call Fowards his phone to the CP Voice Mail Extension. Callers dial in through a Call Pilot Application (Auto Attendant), presses 3 to Dial Extension. Caller goes to Users mailbox and immediatley gets disconnected OR gets a busy. Sounds simple - like a port may be bad or system busied out, however, this only happens on (1) user and ports all are OK and not busy. Have deleted mailbox & rebuilt it. Same. Have changed phone (3904). User now just lets it ring on a FNA to Voice Mail instead of doing the CFW to Voice Mail. FNA works fine. Happens ony when dialing in thru Auto Attendant. Auto Att DN Builts as Phanthom DN , DFCW'd to voice mail CDN. 2. Anyone had any experience with a CP Mailbox not deleting the messages when a user 76's them. User has been observed listening to msgs, he 76's them. says deleted. He hangs up, dials back in, messages are back. He IS NOT hitting 76 again and restoring the msg. Another user can dial into his mailbox from another phone and delete them and then they are gone. Only when he does it from his telephone. Strange to me. Does anyone know of any "issues" within the CPilot regarding the above problems? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks very much.

Location: Kansas City Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Is this ? hard For 1# have you tagged the mailbox to be dialed by external? For #2 I have noticed on my phone M3904 sometimes when I am on speaker when I press numbers that it is not DTMF. I have only noticed it though calling out to my PCS phone when I check messages there. If I call back and hit the mute button it works fine.
