I need some help. CEO assistant wants to transfer calls straight to CEO voice mail.
I read in the M3900 User Guide something about a hot key. Any help would be appreciated
Option 11 Meridian Mail M3904

Mussb, try this. Obvious fake dn's. use x1234 as acdn NCFW to VM 7777. In VSDN table make entry 1234 an EM to CEO ext.2345. Program on CEO assistant phone a key xx ch d 4 1234. Now whenever assistant wants to send call directly to CEO mailbox, assistant presses key, caller hears"Joe Blow CEO, please leave your message after the tone"beep.
Assistant can hang up at any point after hearing "Joe". Caller leaves message directly in CEO mailbox.
