need information on how to program pbx (61 tie to 11) so caller can dail ext's rather then 10 digit phone number. The tie line is in place. in siemens pbx this is call cornet, i'm new to nortel just learning. any information would be helpful.

Read up on the CDP (Coordinated Dial Plan) feature `and post back with specific questions.

If you want to also send CLID then we are talking D-channel ( another can of worms) but worth it.
