Ring Down phone point to a VDN

Do you mean call pickup? ie: a phone is ringing across the room and you can answer that phone on your phone by using call pickup.

If these are going to be analog the you can put that single DN on muliple sets, the downfall to that is, unless you set up hunting the next caller will recive a busy.
The alternative is using multi-line sets M2000 or 3900 series phones and set up MCR, that way a single number will ring on all phones and the next call after that can be answerd also.

Does anyone have a step by step guide on setting up a hunt group?

Does attended in your post mean ANSWERED?

What type system do you have, what software release and do you have ACD package?

ACD would work if I read his post properly, and the only reason I bring ACD into the mix is because a hunt group would mean whoever is the lead in the hunt group would get the bulk of all the calls :^(
