Hello All,

Can you please help,

At the moment the PBX is setup to allow calling party name display and dialled digits to be dsiplayed but when someone rings us externally we just get a series of numbers (e.g 1610 -1)

First thing to check is do you have PRI trunks coming in to the pbx? If no, you won't see clid info. What you are seeing on the display now is the trunk access code, and then the trunk route member number in the display. Post back.

Could be one of several things:

#1 You do not have full ISDN PRI trunking.
#2 Your have not provisioned CLID on your trunks.
#3 You may not have the correct package for your trunks.

The number you are seeing is the route and the member of the trunks (i.e. 1610 -1 = Member 1 of Route 1610).
