Location: Ohio Rep Power: 6 ![]() | 11C 25.4 2616 set just stopped working correctly. Most buttons pushed show a 7 in the LCD so no calls can be made from this set, he can receive calls in. I have tried 2 different phones, out'd and New'd to the same TN, created a NEW line in an unused TN and it still wont work. I even plugged his phone into a different jack. Nothing works correctly. Here is an error I saw abuot the same time: BUG5130 BUG5130 : DCH:0000000A 00000001 001A5FB6 00000218 00008318 00001584 00000000 4 00000001 00195B52 00195B52 0 8312 00002004 0000AA28 00000000 00000000 00000000 BUG5130 + 1066E100 10D9CE10 10D99C0E 10D99B5C 10D992DC BUG5130 + 10E4E6C6 10E43326 10E4214E 10E41F22 10E410FE BUG5130 + 10E3F370 10E3EF50 Any ideas what could be wrong?

If so then you need to replace the device with another one while you clean this one. Typically, these phones get dirt, grit, or miscellaneous junk in them and the key just sticks. It sounds like that is what you have happening here. rlc __________________ No matter where you go, there is the Ladies Love Marty Fan Club.

Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | I would try looking at the line card then. If the TN is not doing anything but outpulsing the number 7 then I would swap it with one that you know that port works on. Flip two cards and see if that has any impact. If it begins to work then you need a new card for that slot, eventually. With the signal path being so direct, you should be able to isolate this quickly. If you are 100% certain that you don't have a failure at the end equipment then it is time to walk back the signal path. It originates at the Card and terminates on the phone. At every junction, at every point of contact verify the connections. I will admitt, this sounds very strange. rlc __________________ No matter where you go, there is the Ladies Love Marty Fan Club.
