I collect my traffic data in an MDR2000 buffer box and ahve the OTM scheduled to collect from the buffer box at night. I also have collection and costing jobs scheduled for TBS. At some point during these procedures an error is being generated and the system stalls before the traffice colloection can be completed.

the error states....
"MATCOMSR Caused a General Protection Fault in module OLE2DISP.DLL at 0006:0173"

where can I find more information on this event to determine cause and rectify?

Cheers,
Adam

I would have to say to do a system backup of all your sites. then reload the software.

Quirky HUNT/FDN Situation

Adam,

I'm currently running OTM 2.0 as well..I've seen the collection stall, but never a dll error. Generally a reboot and run again will work. The issue will reappear about every 3 weeks or so. Where abouts in Toronto are you? I'm in Toronto as well. Software reinstall looks to be the best practice..Do you currently have support? I know of a good company for support that are fairly cheap.

naaa

I'm out in scarborough. Unfortunately we do not currently have support for OTM. A re-install sounds like a pretty horrible solution. What could be the cause of such an error?

I already did a reboot and run again....it will work fine for a few days and then the error appears again.

Cheers,
Adam

Adam,

I'm in Scarborough as well...small world! You need a patch...email me and I will tell you where you can download this without having support. (You can use my support channels).
