Response on Stat of tmdi
Good day,

Does anyone know how to block the CLID (name and number) on a Option 61C? I would only like to do this on 2 sets, as these will be used temporary for an outbound call center. Any help would be great.

Theres a FFC for this you can set up in LD 57, If I recall its called CPP. It can be used on a call by call basis to block outgoing CLID

Look at your CLS. You can block the call party information here as well. You could also build a CLID and associate a bogus number with these sets. But, the CLS is a more ethical way of not passing this information.

Phone quit working correctly and errors
Hi Rachelle,

What exaclty am i looking for in CLS? I check ld 57 as well, but i dont know how to set this up..any other thoughts?

I STRONGLY recommend using the cls method as this has the potential to affect E911 calls as well as the ones you intend to block, unless you are using ESA.

Consider the potential implications of this course of action!!!!
