You need to either STAT a specific TMDI # (i.e. STAT TMDI x) or STAT all of them (STAT TMDI FULL).

The DCH010 error tells you that there was a missing parameter.

When I stat TMDI in ld96 with STAT TMDI FULL I still get the DCH010

You need the TMDI number. Which on the Opt. 11 is the number of the card slot that it is in. Which is also the loop number. In your case:

LD 96
STAT TMDI 2 FULL
STAT TMDI 3 FULL

This can also be done in LD 48.

It appears that this 11 was installed by someone who understands that TMDI's are EVIL!!!! Whoever installed this used MSDL's rather than TMDI's and since there are no TMDI's you are getting the error.
