we are running Opt 61c and one user has been getting a automated voice message that is left 3 or 4 times daily in his voicemail box( callpilot 1.07.) I have tried enhanced trace,CDR in the switch and am also using a third party CDR.The local co can't trace it and are telling me that it is on a WATTS line.
Any suggestions on this one?
Thanks

This may sound silly but if you listen to the entire automated msg does it give you a number to call back?

About the local CO, if they say a WATTS line is making the incoming call cant they capture ANI?

John

yes, they usually forward it to me and I have actually sat at this guys desk waiting for the call just so I could see if I could do anything. As far as the user answering he says he has and it won't do anything when it tells him to hit # for this and hit # to transfer and on and on.
This person has their own admin Asst so I need to figure out something.
Thanks
