Hi All,

I am having some very weird shit going on with my Callpilot.

I have an application for our call center that presents callers options if there is no response I have it set to repeat the option back again by sending the caller to the beginning of the application. It works sometimes...but at other times it tranfers to our attendant.

I am also getting complaint from callers that the application will not answer.

I am also getting complaints that halfway through the greeting people are being cut off.

I had this happining a month ago so I rebuilt a new application from scratch, now its back. Only on the one application, other applications are working fine.

these are the errors I get.

Event Code: 55741

Severity Major

Description A system error occurred in the Call Transfer block in an Application Builder application.

Impact Call was disconnected and session was terminated.

Recovery Action Check the Event Browser to see if similar events have been generated.

Technical Support Action Problem has occurred in SLEE. Check lower level event generation to determine the problem.

Event Code: 55716

Severity Major

Description Unknown system error occurred in an Application Builder application.

Impact Call was disconnected and session was terminated.

Recovery Action Check the Event Browser to see if similar events have been generated.

Technical Support Action Problem has occurred in SLEE. Check lower level event generation to determine the problem.

Event Code: 58005
Severity Minor

Description An incoming call cannot be answered on the SLEE line. After the session is dropped, the line may be recovered.

Impact The line may not answer the call.

Recovery Action Check the return code. Check if one of the channels are not dropped. If more channels are not dropped, it could indicate a major problem so you may want to reboot the system. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

I am monitoring my channels now to make sure none are locked out.

This gives me the impression of corruption but I have no idea how it could have happened. What can I do?

I'm having the same problem...I needed patched on both my PBX and Call Pilot Server...Problem was not as bad once patches were in but, still happening once or twice a week. They are still looking at it.

What patch? I'm up to 2.02 with the latest PEPs at ugrade or are they NT hotfixes Im missing?
